An installation by MAK Center Architects-in-Residence Paul Petritsch and Johannes Porsch, in collaboration with Tanja Widmann. A garage at the Mackey Apartments was transformed into a sparsely furnished kitchen with a table, stools, refrigerator, TV, and lighting. The space was open 24 hours a day and the refrigerator was filled with drinks and beers, available for self-service. The intimacy of the installation, and the private character of the room, contrasted with the public, unattended, self-service aspect of the programming.
